Trained in a variety of modalities, such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic drainage, Trigger Point, Energy work, Pregnancy Massage, Lomi Lomi, Sports massage, cold stones, structural integration and many other modalities; and you can click on the "Services & Rates" page to learn more about the various techniques I use in my work.
I am also First Aid and CPR trained and have undergone my HIV/AIDS training.
